The remainder of the fund is unallocated, allowing the Fund to strategically execute on opportunities as they arise. One potential opportunity is a proposed HOME2 in Westwood, MA, the home of many corporate headquarters.

The Fund will have the right to invest in a new HOME2 by Hilton being developed by Retreat in Westwood, Massachusetts. Located between Boston (19 miles) and Foxboro (13 miles), the 126-key, all-suite hotel is the fastest growing extended-stay brand in Hilton’s portfolio.

Situated within a large shopping and dining complex, near numerous corporate offices, and adjacent to healthcare facilities, the hotel is scheduled to break ground in 2024.
