Retreat is developing a dual-brand Marriott hotel on the Georgia National Fairgrounds. The 129-key hotel is connected to the Fairgrounds conference center, and faces I-75, which has a daily traffic count of 65,000 cars. The hotel is under construction and slated to open in 2025.
