The island has seen more than $330 million public and private investment over the last 15 years. Demand has surged with 5% annual growth in visitation over the past 10 years, while supply is constrained by law—1.2% of the remaining developable land on the island is available to be developed. The Courtyard & Residence Inn stands as the only “Upscale” hotel on the island as defined by Smith Travel Research. The fund is acquiring shares in the hotel at a discount to the cost to build it anew.

The Westin has 200 keys, 5,350 SF of meeting space, a full-service restaurant, and fitness center. The hotel is undergoing a renovation and the Fund is acquiring shares in the hotel at a discount to the cost to build it anew.


Seaside Retreat

This 6.9-acre parcel of land is the last remaining undeveloped oceanfront parcel on Jekyll Island. Seaside Retreat will consist of 25 single-family homes, uniquely tailored to the topography of the site, while maximizing views for homeowners, and setting a new standard for sustainability on the island. Groundbreaking is expected in Q4 of 2024.
