Dasha Gay
Dasha is External Controller of Retreat Hotels & Resorts, leading all accounting functions for the company and its subsidiaries. She is the Principal of Silverlake Accounting, a firm that provides full-cycle bookkeeping, taxation, and financial services. Dasha’s experience includes more than 15 years of being a staff and senior-level accountant at firms across various industries, including real estate.
Dasha is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Iowa and Delaware and holds a BS in Accounting, as well as an MBA from Wilmington University. She lives with her family in Lake Park, Iowa and enjoys spending time with family, boating, fishing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, and everything Silver Lake has to offer.
