Vince Barrett
Vince collaborates with Retreat Hotels & Resorts on all aspects of hotel development and operations, while serving as the President and owner of Network Hospitality.
Vince has held senior leadership roles in the hospitality industry, both on-property and at the corporate level. He has more than 30 years’ experience and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional food & beverage experiences, controlling costs, and mentoring associates on-property. He has been in charge of budgets in excess of $100 million, while also being involved in the development and construction of more than 40 hotels.
Vince is a Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), while also having held the following advisory board positions: Marriott’s International Food, Beverage, and Rooms Advisory Board; Starwood Hotels Food & Beverage Advisory Board; Chairman of the American Hotel & Lodging Association Food & Beverage Advisory Board; and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute Advisory Board Member.
