Jen Rotsch
Jen is the Administrative Coordinator for Retreat Hotels & Resorts. She supports the development, finance, and operations teams.
Prior to joining Retreat, Jen’s background spanned the hospitality, insurance, and education industries. She has robust experience in data entry, sales, and teaching—for several years, she was a music teacher.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Music from Westchester University and an MBA from Western Governors University. She lives with her husband and two cats in Wilmington, DE, and enjoys yoga and performing in community theatre.
