Sarah Abel
Sarah is the Human Resources Manager for Retreat Hotels & Resorts. She oversees employee relations, benefits, and culture, while also supporting the day-to-day operations and organizational procedures of the company.
Prior to joining Retreat, Sarah’s work experience included project management, digital marketing, and customer success across a variety of industries including tech, banking, and ecommerce.
Sarah holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University, Provo. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and staying up late to finish a good book.
